Most products start at 100–300 pcs depending on style and complexity. Rigid boxes: 100 pcs. Mailer boxes: 300 pcs. Paper bags: 500 pcs. We're flexible for first orders.
5–7 working days for production, plus 3–5 days for international express shipping (DHL/FedEx). Rush samples available in 3 days with surcharge.
Typically 12–18 working days after sample approval and deposit received. Large orders (50,000+ pcs) may take 20–25 days. We confirm the timeline before production starts.
Yes. OEM: we produce to your exact design. ODM: our design team can create packaging concepts based on your product and brand guidelines. Both are included at no extra charge.
Sea freight (FOB Shenzhen / CIF / DDP), air freight, and international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We work with trusted freight forwarders and can quote door-to-door delivery.
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) for new clients. PayPal available for sample orders. Long-term clients may qualify for 30-day net terms after credit review.
We prefer Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or PDF with outlined fonts. High-resolution JPG/PNG (300dpi+) also works. No design file? Send us your logo and ideas — we'll create a mockup for free.
Yes. Every order goes through in-line inspection during production and a final 100% visual inspection before packing. We send inspection photos and videos before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) available on request.
